Shipping Policy

All E. Durine pieces are handmade with care and made to order.

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days before shipping.
• Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.
• Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Once an order has been shipped, E. Durine is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because every item is handmade and many pieces are custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You receive the wrong item.
• Your item arrives damaged.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom orders, personalized items, and worn jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Care Instructions

To help your jewelry last:

• Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
• Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Many E. Durine pieces can be customized. If you need a different size, color, charm, or design, please leave your request in the Order Notes at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
